What's the difference between a cooperative and individual challenge?

With individual challenges, each participant completes the full challenge goal by themselves. Challenge Hound tracks individual performance.

With cooperative challenges, everyone combines efforts to complete the challenge goal together. The challenge is completed as a group. Challenge Hound will track the groups overall progress, as well as how much individuals are contributing to the team's success.
