Do I have to add my activities to every challenge I join?

You only need to enter activities ONCE in Challenge Hound and Challenge Hound will map the activity to all applicable challenges you've joined. Activities are mapped to challenges if the activity types match (a run will be mapped to a running challenge) and if the challenge is active.
